Returns Process

  1. Contact Us First: Before returning any books, please send an email to [email protected] to request return approval. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Condition of Returned Books: Returned books must be in their original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
  3. Defective Books: If you receive a defective book (e.g., broken spine, missing pages), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please notify us immediately upon receipt.
  4. Customer Remorse Returns: For returns due to customer remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong book), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Exchanges: We accept exchanges if you’ve purchased the wrong book. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for the new book.
  6. Return & Exchange Window: 20 days after you placed the order.

Refunds

Upon receiving and verifying your returned book, we will process your refund within one business day. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Sometimes you may expect at most 5 days to receive your fund, as it takes time for your bank to reverse the transaction.
